EKG Group · Family office · Real estate & digital infrastructure

We build the places that last. And the digital infrastructure that powers them.

A privately held family partnership, three decades in the field across Europe, North America and North Africa. We develop responsibly and sustainably, and we hold what we build: digital infrastructure on transmission that already exists, alongside new housing, in step with the communities that host it.

Who we are

A family partnership, three decades in the field.

EKG Group is a family office. We invest our own capital across the real estate spectrum: assembling and master-planning land, developing prime residential, mixed-use and commercial assets, and, increasingly, large-scale digital infrastructure.

We concentrate where execution is hard, on sites that demand utility, transmission, planning and stakeholder work other developers will not take on. We build them into something coherent and lasting, and we operate what we deliver rather than simply trading it. Because we hold our assets for decades rather than trading them, building responsibly is simply how the capital is protected.

What we do

Placemaking, land, and long-term development.

We take on land that is complex to assemble and slow to mature: dormant parcels, powered sites, difficult schemes. We master-plan, build and operate them as places, applying the same discipline whether the outcome is housing, hospitality, or digital infrastructure.

Placemaking & land use

Assembling and master-planning land into coherent, mixed-use communities, returning dormant and underused sites to productive use, designed around the people who will live and work there.

Digital infrastructure

Powered land and large-scale digital infrastructure on major transmission corridors. Our current development focus in the United States, brought forward community-first within a wider master plan.

Residential & mixed-use

Prime residential and large urban mixed-use, from Manhattan to prime central London, built, owned and held at scale.

Hospitality, logistics & commercial

Five-star hotels and resorts, members’ estates, last-mile logistics and commercial assets, owned and operated for the long term.

Current development

Powered land, in development.

Power is the first constraint on modern development, so we solve for it first. We assemble land on major high-voltage transmission, master-plan it, and bring forward digital infrastructure alongside housing and jobs. Three sites are live across three continents, each community-first, each built to last.

The signature

Power first.

The scarcest input in modern development is not land or capital. It is deliverable power. We assemble sites that already sit on high-voltage transmission, then master-plan around it, so digital infrastructure, housing and jobs can be brought forward together without straining the surrounding grid.

It is patient, difficult work: utility, planning and community, in the open, over years. It is exactly the work we have built the group to do.

How we develop

Responsible by design.

Infrastructure of this scale earns its place by what it gives back to the community that hosts it. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to on every site, and the questions we expect to be asked.
